Understanding Mental Illness


Understanding Mental Illness is a 5 week ( l 1/2 hrs each session) introductory class offering education and support for family members and friends affected by a loved one's mental illness. Class members may want to then take the Family-to-Family Class to learn even more.

Parents and Teachers as Allies


We will bring Parents and Teachers as Allies to your staff or PTA meeting. This is a slide show and panel presentation that offers mental health information and tips for classroom integration to teachers and/or parents. Presenters are trained family members and a young adult in recovery.  ​
